Grove Networks Inc., an IT Consulting Firm located in Miami, is seeking an exceptional Office Coordinator to join our team and assist with administrative support responsibilities.

This position is ideal for a reliable and organized professional who has outstanding administrative skills and wants a stable long-term position with a small firm. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. The candidate must be a team player with a positive and flexible attitude and the ability to prioritize workload, multiple tasks and deadlines. To be successful in this position the candidate needs to be comfortable working in an ever changing environment, able to successfully support multiple departments, have worked in an administrative position in the past and is able to us Excel, Word, and Outlook. Integrity, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.


  • Education: High school diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: One year of experience in an office environment required.
  • Additional skills required: Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. Customer Service and phone skills are a must. Well organized and flexible with the ability to multi-task. Bilingual preferred.
